Breakfast: Smoked Salmon and egg whites, a Green Tea and plenty of water
Snack: Vegetable sticks and hummus
Lunch: Tuna Salad
Snack: Chicken Salad
Dinner: CHEAT MEAL!!
Today was my rest day, so indulged in chocolate cake and cream, feeling as though I need to hit it hard tomorrow morning. Dolls make sure you are drinking lots of water and what better way to replace the good old Yorkshire Tea packed full of sugar with a green tea that will help boost the metabolism.
