Bicycle Crunches #NewYorkDollFit



Once again, I am going to Ibiza in the summer and therefore must work incredibly hard over the next few months to attain the body I am comfortable in for the holiday season. One of my biggest goals is to have a flat stomach and one of the ways to get on with by doing core work. A perfect ab exercise is the bicycle crunch and combining this in a sumo set with long crunches and a plank will really hit that core. 

Spend 10-15 minutes on your core each time you train and I am sure you will get the figure you wish for very quickly!
