The meal consisted of ackee and salt-fish for starters (even after soaking the salt-fish over night and boiling for 20 minutes, it was still rather salty!). Main was coconut rice and peas with curried goat (actually lamb, as I couldn't get hold of any goat) and finally to finish off mango muffins with cream. This was accompanied with Ting (a sweet grapefruit drink) and Jamaican punch.
